Anna's uses only 100% real fresh cream and 100% real butter cream in our icings. We do not add any filler or chemical stabilizers or emulsifiers in ANY of our products. It is that simple.
Many bakeries add chemical products like whippee to their creams to give extra volume to lower costs as well as to make their creams more stable and shiny at the cost of texture. Most chemical stabilizers leave a film on the roof of your mouth or a slimy after-taste.
When it comes to decorations, Anna's uses only real fresh fruit, edible cake images or licensed images for kids' cakes.
